Pressured Power Stretch

This penis enlargement exercise i’m going to introduce you is probably the most effective penis stretching exercise.

Do not use any type of lubrication, as it will be harder to grasp the head of your penis.

  • Grasp the head of your penis with one hand and stretch it out in front of you for 10 seconds.

  • With the thumb of your other hand, gently apply pressure to the upper part of your penis close to the base.

  • Now move your thumb slowly down the shaft of your penis until you reach the head while applying an uniform pressure. This should take you around 10 seconds.

  • Repeat this exercise 4 or 5 times and then massage the penis to return normal circulation. You can also wrap your penis in a warm cloth.
