Exercises to Boost Sexual Stamina

As sexual intercourse is similar to many cardio vascular activities, men can implement a program of specific maneuvers and activities to boost their stamina in bed. With improved sexual stamina, a man’s overall health and vitality may also be improved and restored.
Exercises to Boost Sexual Stamina
There are specific sexual exercises that can improve a man’s endurance and performance; however, men should foremost note that general exercise, whether one is playing sports, jogging, or lifting weights, helps to boost a man’s sexual health. As exercise reduces body fat, increases energy levels, and actually enhances the amount of blood flow to the penis, engaging in an active lifestyle with regular activities provides an array of wellness and sexual benefits. Yet to specifically target the sexual region, men can implement exercises such as:
- PC Contractions – PC Contractions are a man’s basic version of a woman’s “Kegel Exercises.” While “Kegels” are intended to tighten a woman’s vagina, PC Contractions serve to provide men with greater ejaculate and erection control. PC stands for the “Pubococcygeal” muscles, which are the muscles responsible for a man’s ability to stop a flow of urine, tighten the stomach, and tighten the buttocks.
To engage in PC Contraction exercises, men should clench as if they were stopping a flow of urine during its release, while then holding this clench and tension for about 2 to 3 seconds. After this duration, men can relax their muscles for a few seconds and then clench again. This can be repeated about 10 to 20 times during a PC exercise session, while men should aim to do a total of around 200 to 300 each day.
- Pelvic Lifts – Pelvic Lifts are exercises that help increase the strength of the pelvic region. As the pelvic is responsible for thrusting motions during sex, an increased muscle tone can improve a man’s sexual performance abilities.
To engage in these exercises, a man should simply lie on the floor with the needs bent and hands at one’s side. While inhaling, the man should then clench his abdominals and buttocks while simultaneously lifting the pelvis until the back is straight and off of the ground, as the body weight is supported by the feet, head, and shoulders. This lift should be held for about 10 seconds, then slowly released and repeated. Men can engage in multiple sets each day to boost pelvic strength.
- Yoga / Stretch – Yoga tends to carry a stereotype that it is solely intended for relaxation; however, yoga movements are normally quite challenging and demanding. Yoga and its various movements of stretch help to improve the body’s circulation of blood, specifically helping to improve the blood flow to the penis. With this, men may be able to experience increased libido and erection quality. Additionally, yoga often involves various exercises and stretches that are helpful for improving a man’s sexual performance abilities, especially arm, pelvic, buttock, and abdominal exercises.
