The name of this free penis exercise is Plumped Bend and it’s never performed with the penis erect because excessive bending of a fully erect penis could cause injury.

  • After you warm up your penis, create a tourniquet at the base of the semi erect penis. The grip may be a standard OK grip or an overhand OK, choose the one you feel more confortable. Wait for the erection to fade completely.
  • Slowly ease into and arced bend, pushing only as far as feels comfortable. Err on the side of caution. If the penis does not curve into an uniform arc but rather appears to curve at a single point the exercise should be discontinued, as either the penis has a too weak area or the penis is still erect.
  • Hold the curvature for at least 10 seconds, 30 seconds is not bad. Any pain should be heeded and if the intensity is too high after a while, either stop or release the bend a little. Release the bend keeping the base hold intact. If necessary untie the grip a little and pump more blood into the penis.
  • Repeat, this time bending the penis in an upward direction. Hold for 10-30 seconds again.

Many newspapers and websites are talking about this topic today (read some of them).
An american scientist, Dr. Ashok Agarwal, just presented at the congress of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine an interesting study about the effect of the use of cell phones on the sperm count.

[…] Samples taken from men attending a fertility clinic revealed that their sperm declined steadily in number, quality and ability to swim as mobile phone usage increased. Where men used their mobiles for more than four hours a day, researchers found a 30% drop in sperm motility or movement and viability when compared with men who did not use a mobile phone. […]
Dr Agarwal and colleagues at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio divided 361 men attending the centre for infertility tests into four groups, depending on their mobile phone usage. The groups ranged from none, less than two hours a day, two to four hours a day and more than four hours a day.

Subsequent tests on the men’s sperm showed significant declines in four standard measures of sperm quality, including count, viability, motility and shape, with each falling with increased phone usage. Men who used mobile phones for more than four hours a day were found to have median sperm counts of 50m per millilitre.

Those using mobiles for two to four hours a day had sperm counts of 59m per ml, increasing to 69m per ml for less than two hours’ usage a day and 86m per ml for men who did not use mobile phones.

According to the World Health Organisation, a normal sperm count can be anything between 20m and 200m per ml.

Dr Agarwal said mobile phone radiation may harm sperm by damaging DNA, disrupting cells that produce testosterone in the testes, or shrinking the tubules where sperm are created. “It is true that all the men in the study were seeking infertility treatment, but not all these men have fertility problems themselves,” he said.

This exercise it’s called Wet Jelq. Wet jelqing is one of the basic Jelqing exercises. After a couple of months of jelqing the veins of your penis will enlarge and become slowly resistant to injury allowing pressure you will apply to the penis to be increased.

  • After warming up with a warm towel wrap apply a good amount of lubrication to the penis.
  • After your penis reaches a 60%-80% erection, grip the base of your penis with your thumb and index finger (standard OK grip).
  • Force your grip forward slowly, it should take about 3 seconds to reach the end of the penis.
  • When the first tourniquet comes close to the end of the penis apply a second on to the base of your penis.
  • Release the first grip and start forcing the second tourniquet forward to the glans. When it reaches the end of your penis create a new tourniquet with the first hand at the base of the penis. Repeat 5 times this motion, switching hands with each stroke.
  • Form an overhand OK grip (the opposite of the standard one) at the base of your penis.
  • Push the tourniquet forward slowly to the end of your penis, pointing the penis toward the floor.
  • As the first grip get to the glans, form a second overhand OK grip at the base of your penis.
  • Release the first stroke and force the second one forward toward the end of the penis. When it get to the end of the penis apply again a new touriquet at the base with the first hand. Repeat 5 times this motion.
  • Keep repeating this exercise for 10 minutes.
