Warming Up for Penis Enlargement Exercises

Most penis enlargement exercises provide men with enhanced girth and length benefits by increasing the blood flow to the tissues of the penis. As blood flow is increased, the penis is simultaneously often stretched or exercised in order to boost the multiplication of cells to the penis region. As cells are multiplied, the penis gradually becomes larger, fuller, and bigger. Prior to engaging in any penis enlargement exercises, however, men should always warm up in order to avoid unnecessary discomfort, pain, and/or injury.

Warming the Penis

Before beginning the penis enlargement exercise(s), men should begin by applying a moist form of heat / warmth to the penis. Just as the body’s muscles are more receptive to improvement and less prone to injury by warming up, the penis works the same way! A man can warm his penis by implementing one of the following efforts:

  • Apply a hot / warm washcloth or face washing device
  • Apply a moist heating pad
  • Warm the penis under an infrared lamp
  • Soak in a warm bath
  • Dip the penis in a warm cup of water

By applying warm and moist heat to the penis, the blood vessels around the penis are more open and the region becomes increasingly relaxed. With these benefits, the penis will become more receptive to enhancement efforts.

How to Warm the Penis

After choosing from one of the popular warming efforts, men should be sure to engage in the warming efforts for at least five to ten minutes prior to any exercise. For example, if one chooses to apply a warm washcloth to the penis as a warming effort, men can simply heat the wet cloth in the microwave, soak the cloth in a bowl of warm water, or run the cloth under running hot water. Once the cloth has reached a warm state that’s not too hot so that the temperature will not harm or burn the skin, then the cloth can be applied to the penis for five to ten minutes, followed immediately by penis exercise.

While the warm washcloth effort tends to be the most convenient and easy to follow, many men prefer to utilize an infrared heat lamp in order to warm-up their penis. Prior to utilizing a heat lamp, however, men should be sure to follow specific guidelines:

  • Sperm dies at the body’s regular temperature, therefore, men should cover their testicles with a fabric (a sock or towel is effective).
  • As testicles exposed to infrared light will be more easily destroyed, men should be sure to set the lamp at least 18 inches away from the penis. This not only helps deter excessive sperm reduction (which is only temporary), but it also helps prevent any injury or overheating. The lamp can be up to three feet away from the penis while still providing effective support.
  • Remain beneath the warmth of the heat lamp for approximately five to ten minutes.
  • Once the five to ten minute period is complete, men should immediately turn off the heat lamp and begin the exercise treatment as quickly as possible.
