The name of this free penis exercise is Plumped Bend and it’s never performed with the penis erect because excessive bending of a fully erect penis could cause injury.
- After you warm up your penis, create a tourniquet at the base of the semi erect penis. The grip may be a standard OK grip or an overhand OK, choose the one you feel more confortable. Wait for the erection to fade completely.
- Slowly ease into and arced bend, pushing only as far as feels comfortable. Err on the side of caution. If the penis does not curve into an uniform arc but rather appears to curve at a single point the exercise should be discontinued, as either the penis has a too weak area or the penis is still erect.
