September 7th, 2006This is a variation of the free penis exercise n.1: Power Stretch. The main purpose of this exercise is to help you achieve flaccid length and girth.
- Stand up and massage your penis until it is in a 30-40% erect state
- Take the penis and stretch it as far as possible under your backside
- Now, slowly sit down on the penis which should result in your penis being stretched as you sit down
