Free Penis Exercise n.6

This exercise is another variation of Ultimate Jelq (Free Penis Exercise n.4) and its name is One Handed Jelq.

  1. Massage gently your lubrificated penis until it reaches 60-80% erection.
  2. Use your right hand and make an “OK” sign with your thumb and index finger and hold firmly around the base of the penis.
  3. Starting from the base of your penis, slowly pull (milk) towards your penis head. It should take about 3 seconds to reach the head of your penis.
  4. Release your right hand, take your left hand and repeat the same movement (milking) like you did before with the right hand.
  5. Repeat from step 2 to step 4.
  6. Perform the exercise for 5 minutes (or you can do 100 strokes)
