This exercise is another variation of Ultimate Jelq (Free Penis Exercise n.4) and its name is One Handed Jelq.
- Massage gently your lubrificated penis until it reaches 60-80% erection.
- Use your right hand and make an “OK” sign with your thumb and index finger and hold firmly around the base of the penis.
- Starting from the base of your penis, slowly pull (milk) towards your penis head. It should take about 3 seconds to reach the head of your penis.
- Release your right hand, take your left hand and repeat the same movement (milking) like you did before with the right hand.
- Repeat from step 2 to step 4.
- Perform the exercise for 5 minutes (or you can do 100 strokes)
