This exercise it’s called “V Stretch“. This is a method of stretching thought to apply greater forces on the tunica and ligaments than is possible by simply pulling on your penis from its point of attachment out along a single axis.
- Use your right hand, creating an overhand OK grip and hold the head of the penis.
- Extend your penis gently to a full stretch. Hold this position for 5 seconds.
- Using the thumb of your left hand, apply pressure near the base of the penis.
- Move your thumb slowly down your penis, still applying pressure until it reaches the head of the penis. This should take about 10 seconds.
- Move the thumb back to the original position at the base of your penis. This should take no longer than 10 seconds.
- Repeat from step 1 to step 5.
- Perform step 1 to step 5 for 12 times (about 5 minutes)
