This exercise it’s called “Uli #3“. The aim of this penis enlargement exercise is gaining girth, especially around the head of your penis.

  • After jelqing and with a partial erection (about 60/80%), make a tourniquet with your hand at the base of your penis. In this way no blood should pass through your tourniquet and it shouldn’t able to flow out of the penis.
  • Now move your tourniquet forward as far as possible, creating a good blood pressure in the penis.
  • Force the grip forward, increasing the blood pressure in your penis even more.
  • Move the grip a little bit back.
  • Push your tourniquet forward, increasing again the blood pressure.
  • Move the grip a little bit back
  • Repeat from step 2 to step 5 five times.
