This exercise it’s called Wet Jelq. Wet jelqing is one of the basic Jelqing exercises. After a couple of months of jelqing the veins of your penis will enlarge and become slowly resistant to injury allowing pressure you will apply to the penis to be increased.
- After warming up with a warm towel wrap apply a good amount of lubrication to the penis.
- After your penis reaches a 60%-80% erection, grip the base of your penis with your thumb and index finger (standard OK grip).
- Force your grip forward slowly, it should take about 3 seconds to reach the end of the penis.
- When the first tourniquet comes close to the end of the penis apply a second on to the base of your penis.
- Release the first grip and start forcing the second tourniquet forward to the glans. When it reaches the end of your penis create a new tourniquet with the first hand at the base of the penis. Repeat 5 times this motion, switching hands with each stroke.
- Form an overhand OK grip (the opposite of the standard one) at the base of your penis.
- Push the tourniquet forward slowly to the end of your penis, pointing the penis toward the floor.
- As the first grip get to the glans, form a second overhand OK grip at the base of your penis.
- Release the first stroke and force the second one forward toward the end of the penis. When it get to the end of the penis apply again a new touriquet at the base with the first hand. Repeat 5 times this motion.
- Keep repeating this exercise for 10 minutes.
As usual perform the massage and the warm down of your penis.
